Terms of Service – Heal From Heartbreak Program

Program Name: Heartbreak Recovery Intensive (“the Program”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in, accessing, or using any part of the Heartbreak Recovery Intensive, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not enroll in or participate in the Program.

2. Program Description

The Heartbreak Recovery Intensive is a live, time-limited, group coaching experience designed to support you in moving through the stages of heartbreak recovery with clarity, structure, and expert guidance.

This is a coaching-based, educational program, not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health care. It is intended for emotionally healthy, high-functioning individuals who are ready to take empowered steps toward healing, growth, and transformation after heartbreak.

3. What’s Included

Your program registration includes:

  • Structured stage-by-stage emotional healing and growth process

  • In-session activities and transformation-focused coaching

  • Step-by-step guidance and live interaction with Dr. Lisa

  • Replays provided if you can’t attend live

  • Ask questions, get feedback, and maintain momentum

  • Offered weekly during the 8-week program

4. Program Investment

The total cost of the Heartbreak Recovery Intensive is:

Payment plans may be available by request.

This fee includes access to all live coaching sessions, group support, the private community, and the full course library.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident and supported in your decision to join this experience.

You may withdraw from the program anytime during the first week and request a full refund, no questions asked. To do so, email us at [email protected] by 11:59 PM MT on the 7th calendar day after the program begins.

After this time, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued regardless of participation.

6. Program Purpose & Scope

The Heartbreak Recovery Intensive is a coaching experience rooted in personal growth and evidence-based strategies. While Dr. Lisa is a licensed psychologist, this program is not a substitute for:

  • Medical advice

  • Psychotherapy

  • Psychiatric care

  • Crisis intervention

  • Substance abuse treatment

Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Dr. Lisa or any affiliated coach. If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical treatment, please seek licensed care in your state.

7. Participant Responsibilities

As a condition of participation, you agree to:

  • Engage respectfully and ethically with all members and facilitators

  • Maintain confidentiality of any personal information shared by others

  • Refrain from recording, copying, or sharing Program materials or community content

  • Show up fully and do the work — your results depend on your commitment

  • Communicate any concerns or issues in good faith

  • Use the Program solely for your personal development

We reserve the right to remove you from the Program without refund if you violate community guidelines or create a disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful environment.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content associated with the Program is the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Lisa Marie Bobby and Growing Self Counseling & Coaching, LLC.

This includes but is not limited to: video content, workbooks, activities, coaching language, community content, teaching frameworks, and audio recordings.

You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, share, or distribute any part of the Program

  • Use the content for professional, instructional, or commercial purposes

  • Represent any Program material as your own

  • Share your login credentials or course access with others

Violations may result in immediate removal from the Program and legal action.

9. Disclaimers

You understand and agree that:

  • Results are not guaranteed — healing is a personal and subjective journey

  • This is not a crisis resource, and no emergency support is available

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion and risk

  • Any decisions you make based on Program content are solely your responsibility

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for damages of any kind arising from participation in the Program

  • We are not responsible for any mental, emotional, or financial outcomes

  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Program

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke your access to the Program—without refund—if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service or community standards

  • Engage in abusive, harassing, or illegal behavior

  • Distribute, reproduce, or misuse Program content

  • Fail to meet payment obligations

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

All disputes will first be addressed in good faith through informal discussion. If unresolved, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action suit.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, we will notify you via email. Your continued participation in the Program indicates acceptance of any revised Terms.
