We’re so glad you’re here. This program was thoughtfully created to guide you through the unique journey of healing from heartbreak or divorce, through a meaningful, positive, and productive system.

Unlike traditional therapy, this isn’t about analyzing the past or putting the blame on psychopathology—it’s about providing a structured, step-by-step path to help you move forward after relationship loss with clarity, resilience, and confidence. The goal is to empower you to heal, grow, and ultimately thrive. By the end of the program we hope to help you attain peace, clarity, and confidence for the new chapter ahead. 

So that you can make fully informed choices about whether this program is right for you, here are our terms of service:

Program Name: Heal From Heartbreak Program (“the Program”)

1. Let’s Get Started!

By joining the Heal From Heartbreak program—whether that’s the Growth Academy, Growth Collective, or Growth Experience—you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) are agreeing to these welcoming Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Please review these carefully and think about whether or not this is the right choice for you. If you’re not comfortable with these Terms, or feel that a different approach would be better for you please don’t enroll in or use the Program — we want what is best for you.

  • 2. What’s Included

    We’ve designed the Program with options that meet you right where you are, and with the level of support that feels just right for you:

  •  1:1 Support: Growth Experience

    When you're going through a hard breakup or divorce, there's a lot to talk about! It can be wonderful to have a dedicated space devoted to your growth and healing during this time. Many people benefit from having one on one private sessions with a dedicated, licensed therapist trained in Dr. Bobby's proprietary nine stage model of heartbreak recovery coaching to support their growth and healing through this program.

    These sessions exist to meet you where you are, talk about what's important to you, and provide you with personalized insight and direction for how to navigate your unique life experience. You will have space to talk about whatever you need to talk about, with the confidence that your work will keep moving forward due to your involvement with the structure of the Growth Academy.


    ✔️ Your cost per session will vary depending on the clinician you choose to work with. 

  • The onboarding process includes a first free consultation session so that you can meet a prospective clinician to discuss your situation, hopes and goals, and learn more about them. This is to determine if this is a good fit on both sides. If the clinician you meet with feels that they are not the best option for you, they'll provide you with recommendations at the end of your consultation. If continuing to work together is mutually agreed upon, your clinician will review their financial agreement with you and follow up with preliminary paperwork.

    • We will help you find a regular weekly or every other week meeting time with your coach, and/or reschedule sessions as needed.

      Heartbreak Growth Academy

      Dr. Bobby designed the Growth Academy portion of this program to be the structure, the scaffolding, and the process that supports your growth, healing and development in this program. Traditional talk therapy can be loose and unfocused, and does not have a structure, nor does it walk you though the nine stages of healing after heartbreak. The Growth Academy is the solution to that.

      The goal of the Growth Academy is to support you in successfully doing the work of each stage of growth and healing that is required after a relationship loss in a positive, productive, and effective way.

    •  

  • You can do the Growth Academy on your own as a self-paced online system, you can do this in conjunction with weekly group coaching, or you can work through the program with the support of individual sessions with a licensed therapist who specializes in Dr. Bobby's productive model of breakup recovery coaching. 

  • If you are currently in a relationship with a therapist you can enroll in the Growth Academy in order to provide structure and guidance that compliments your work in therapy.

  • The Growth Academy itself consists of engaging, insightful video based lessons with Dr. Bobby and a series of thoughtful activities designed to help you navigate your healing journey. You can take as long as you wish to work through each module. 

  • Enrollment in the Heartbreak Growth Academy begins with a no obligation 7 day access to the first module of the program, so that you can determine if this is a productive program for you before deciding to move forward.

    ✔️ Payment choices for The Heartbreak Growth Academy Only:

    • One-Time Payment: $299 at enrollment

    • Installment Plan: $79 to enroll, plus three (3) monthly payments of $79

    Note: Installments are automatically billed every 30 days. Completing your plan is essential to keeping your access active.

    Heartbreak Support Group: Growth Collective

    While many people can benefit enormously from working through a self paced program, Dr. Bobby recognizes that relationship loss can be a uniquely isolating experience and designed this program to support your needs for community and personalized guidance in an accessible and affordable way.

    The Growth Community consists of two parts: A warm and supportive space for weekly group coaching sessions (led by a licensed therapist) and 24/7 access to a private online community.

  • You can enroll in the Heartbreak Growth Collective as a standalone support solution, and you can pair it with the Growth Academy and/or private sessions with a Growing Self heartbreak recovery expert. If you have an ongoing relationship with another therapist you can enroll in the Growth Collective as a compliment to therapy.

    ✔️ Ongoing membership in the Growth Collective is $99 per month for weekly group coaching sessions + support group access
    ✔️ Billing begins automatically after the trial unless you cancel
    ✔️ Cancel anytime (While we cannot issue refunds for the billed period, you’ll retain access until the end of your billing cycle.)

    🔄 Refund Policy:
    We understand that this might not be the perfect fit for everyone. You can request a refund within seven (7) days of your original purchase date—no questions asked! After that window, we’re unable to issue refunds, even if you don’t access or complete the program.

     

     

3. What This Program Is (and Isn’t)

We’re here to offer a coaching-based, educational experience that nurtures your personal growth and emotional healing. While this program is delivered by fully licensed marriage and family therapists who are authentic mental health professionals, this program does not deliver behavioral healthcare. It is not intended to diagnose or treat any psychiatric conditions. If you are experiencing clinically significant mental health symptoms we recommend that you seek treatment to support the work of healing and growth that this program provides.

No therapist-client relationship is formed through this Program. If you’re in need of mental health treatment or clinical support, we encourage you to seek help from a qualified mental health professional in your area.

4. Your Role

We believe in the power of mutual respect and active participation. Here’s what we ask of you:

✅ Share in a way that’s thoughtful and appropriate
âś… Schedule and attend your coaching sessions responsibly
âś… Follow our community rules and guidelines
✅ Use this Program as it's intended —not as a replacement for clinical care

âś… Honor Dr. Bobby's Intellectual Property Rights, and do not share publicly

We maintain healthy boundaries and mutual respect in relationships, and reserve the right to pause or end your access—without refund—if these expectations aren’t met.

5. Our Creative Content

All materials in the Heal From Heartbreak Program—including videos, audios, worksheets, activities, coaching approaches, and community interactions—belong to Lisa Marie Bobby and Growing Self Counseling & Coaching, LLC.

You’re welcome to use these resources for your personal healing and growth, but please don’t:

  • Copy, share, or adapt them for others

  • Use them for commercial or instructional purposes

  • Claim them as your own

Any unauthorized use could result in legal action and revocation of your access—without refund.

6. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party systems.

Refunds at a glance:

  • Growth Academy: Free 7 day trial, and money back refund upon request within 7 days of first payment.

  • Growth Collective: 7-day free trial; no refunds for the month after billing starts, but you can cancel anytime.

  • Growth Experience: First free consultation to establish goodness of fit. You'll pay session by session at the rate negotiated with your clinician. Cancel anytime. We cannot provide refunds for completed sessions.

We appreciate your understanding that we’re unable to offer refunds beyond these clear policies.

7. A Note About Results

While we believe deeply in the power of this Program, your journey is unique.
🌟 Results aren’t guaranteed—they depend on your effort, circumstances, and personal readiness.
🌟 Participation is always at your own discretion and risk.
🌟 Our coaches and facilitators are licensed professionals, but here they’re operating in a coaching and educational capacity for the purpose of helping you heal and grow after relationship loss. 

8. Limitations Of Liability

To the fullest extent of the law:

  • We can’t be held responsible for any outcomes—emotional, financial, or otherwise—arising from your use of the Program

  • We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim

9. Ending Your Access

We hope you’ll find this Program supportive and helpful, but we reserve the right to end your access—without refund—if:

  • You break these Terms or our community guidelines

  • You engage in disruptive, harmful, or illegal behavior

  • You fail to make timely payments

10. Resolving Any Issues

If something comes up, let’s try to resolve it together first.
If needed, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, according to the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and any class action participation.

11. Updates

We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know via email or in-platform notifications. By continuing to use the Program, you’re agreeing to these updates.
